Free stop smoking products to make quitting easier
Did you know using quit aids, like nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) or nicotine-free medication, alongside support when you quit can give you a higher chance of successfully quitting? We can help you find the option that’s right for you, and we offer a wide range, including:

- You have a severe mental illness.
- You are pregnant or in the first six weeks after birth.

We also offer a Cut Down to Stop programme designed especially for you if you are not yet ready to commit to quitting but are looking to lower the amount you smoke.

Thanks to local council funding, quitting is free. We have some eligibility requirements to ensure spaces go to those who need them most. Here are a few:
- You need to live, work, or be registered with a GP on the Isle of Wight.
- You need to be 12 years and over (or have a GP referral if under 12).
- You need to currently smoke tobacco (eg cigarettes/shisha), or be using nicotine products, eg vapes.
