About Smokefree Island Isle of Wight

Introducing Smokefree Island, formerly Healthy Lifestyles Isle of Wight. We have been providing an evidence based, stop smoking service for the Isle of Wight community since 1 January 2021.

Service users can either self-refer to the service here or by calling 01983 642369 or 0800 999 1396. Healthcare professionals can also submit referrals on their behalf using the Professional Referrals tab.

Smokefree Island Isle of Wight will engage and bring together a range of local partner agencies to help reduce inequalities across the Isle of Wight. The service will enable residents to access stop smoking interventions seamlessly.
